i'm looking for a solution to be able to automate printing from NetSuite ... for example, NS sends a PDF to a mailbox, and it prints automatically. has anyone seen such a solution (wouldn't be NetSuite specific -- I just want to use it from NetSuite)

Another option is an API like printnode. I know of a couple existing bundles for NetSuite that already do this, for example Ketka Cloud Print https://cloudprint.ketka.eu/

Michoel - thank you for the feedback; you're a champ. I'm curious about the monitored email, which is something that I suggested to the client at the outset. Did they need to have an "on prem" mail server for that?

@Boban Dragojlovic the mailbox was G Suite. The print server was originally in house on a VMware box, but later moved to Digital Ocean with a VPN so that it could access the printers.
