Our Netsuite renewal is few months away, and it looks like Oracle is forcing us to move to the Premium tier. Do any of you know whats the difference between Standard and Premium tiers besides the Price increase?

I feel your pain, we are in the same boat this year. The Sandbox is included in Premium, which offset a portion of the cost for us (we were already paying for a Sandbox).

@Sam-I-Am is that increase just applicable to the basic service, or does the same cost increase also apply for user licensing/add-ons/etc?
