Hello All, We are trying to invoice a customer who is paying in USD (based on a conversion of the CAD with Xignite on a project). All the ressources are Canadians and the work is done in Canada. Only the invoice should be in USD. When we chose this specific customer (USD is its only currency), the project is automatically switched in USD. Then we create our project tasks, we assign people, and we use biling rates on which we only configured the CAD rates since we don't have specific USD rates (and because we want to convert them with Xignite). We enter time. Once all is ready, we create our charges. But there is an issue in the calculation/conversion. We can see that NetSuite is converting the billing class in CAD but it does it in the wrong way (ex: 1 USD = 1,34 CAD, my CAD rate is 100, so in USD, it should be 74,63 (100/1.34), but instead it's 134 (100*1.34)). Would you have any idea on why we have this behavior? • Is it a wrong setup? • Is it a wrong use of currency and rates? • Is it a bug? I found this on SuiteAnswer, but it does not help me: it's about costs and I don't understand the solution 🙄 Thanks everybody!
