Hello everyone, I have a question about the Merge Account function on the COA. We have a concern because we have entries on both the Accrued Purchased system account and an account 1234 that i had create We would like to clean this up by doing a merge of the account 1234 to the Accrued Purchased, then rename the Accrued Purchase 1234 When we do the manipulation we get an error "Unexpected Error, please notify support..."For to me we respect the prerequisites: Same Account Type, no sub-account, same subsidiaries ...

Did you try notifying support as it suggested? "unexpected error" will be a pain to figure out.

yes but they tell me that I cannot merge an account created with a system account when I did the procedure on another account and it works without error. I think it's the amount of transactions that use the merger account that is the problem
