How would you find and add a standard field to a custom record?

Customization &gt; List, Record &amp; Fields &gt; Record Types

Didn’t find the record there.
Does that mean, the record is a standard record in NetSuite?

I’m looking to customize Item Fulfillment record

There is this `Ship Date` field, which is added to `Sales Order`
I want to have the same field in the `Item Fulfillment`  record as well.
I tried customizing the form related to the record but can’t find the field

go to any fulfillment record and customize the form. You might need to create a field with a source, which is basically a custom field but you are gathering the values from the "shipdate" field

I suppose, when you say `create a field with source`, you meant add sourcing in `Sourcing &amp; Filtering` subtab, correct?

Now I just need to test it out to make sure it works how I want it to.
