I’m having trouble signing into NetSuite via Okta in some cases. We have multiple NetSuite environments and for some, we can log in through Okta and for others we’re receiving “Invalid login attempt”. Nothing is shown in the Audit Trail Log for this attempt. Are we Missing something? • We setup the application in Okta • We take the MetaData URL from Okta and enter it into the Setup > Integrations > SAML Single Sign-on screen. • Users have roles assigned to them with the SAML Single Signon permission. Thoughts?

Do you have both permissions on the role?

Set Up SAML Single Sign-On is for Admin-type roles to configure the integration between NetSuite and an SSO provider like Okta. Normal users should not have this permission.

Thank-you, I will take a look at it.
Just to complete the circle for anyone else running into this issue. We have a long-form and short-form email address for each employee and Okta was sending the wrong email address formate when trying to authenticate.
