Is anyone having trouble with their Sandbox environment today? Ours is completely hosed. Feels related to 2020.2 upgrade but I thought ours was done last week. Upon review of the queue, our issue is the same as @Matt. The client uses OKTA and SB has been sideways all day.

At one point, the entire UI turned this ultra modern white theme. I wish they would notify us that they are working on it during normal business hours.

If it means anything, our production was updated last week and sandbox was scheduled for yesterday, but our sandbox didn’t actually get updated. And we didn’t get any delay notification.

did you clear cache? everything turning ultra white everywhere normally means there's a cache issue

Will be working on that cache issue first thing in the morning. I had 18 users getting ready to join me on our first hands on session for GL, nobody could log in. I thought the white light I was seeing was something else...👼
