Importing 1,000 leads and contacts together takes 3-4 hours daily. Delaying our marketing/processes. How best to speed this up?

Buy suitecloud+
Use a 3rd party integrator like Celigo or Boomi
Use a custom built integration

Also depending on what you are doing - you might be able to get away with turning off scripts and workflows - but I'd be cautious about doing that.

I'd definitely make sure with your account administrator (or qualified external party) that there aren't processes that need to be run on leads/contacts before disabling that option in the import setup

Suitecloud+ gives you the option to turn on multithreaded CSV imports (in case you were wondering why it would speed you up)

Are you referring to the 5 queues? Or something different?

in addition to the multiple queues - you can turn on multithreading which can utilize multiple processors.

Is there a specific application these leads are coming from that you could do a direct connection with something like Celigo? You can also try the free <http://integrator.io|integrator.io> dataloader if you need to stick to csvs.
