we are going to sell (on subscription basis) our created bundle. So technical question. What tools/methods to use to allow subscription service possible? I mean how to make that some Netsuite account id could use our created functionality lets say for 1 year and then he must renew subscription or functionality stops working.

you need to handle it from your end. So your tool would need to authenticate to your server. You can try other people's tools that work like this...I use LPC print which is subscription based and if we didn't renew, it wouldn't work...we would still have all of the tools in netsuite, but they wouldn't work because authentication would fail
