Anyone else finding their sandbox account incredibly slow these days? I'm talking still waiting 10+ mins later for a very simple CSV update to run (updating a single field on about 30 employee records) - no workflows or scripts or anything running. This has been happening more and more lately and I don't even know what to look at to see if there's a way to clean it up. Is this just normal NetSuite annoying behavior?
b
have you double clicked the NS logo in the top left to get a performance detail breakout to see if it's server or client side issues?
b
Whoa, didn't even know that was a thing! Currently says Server: 11%, Network: 45%, Client: 43%. Now what does this mean?
b
network indicates internet issue of some kind, client means something in your instance/environment is holding it back. have you installed the APM bundle from netsuite? that may have more page detail included that could provide more insight. however you said now scripts or WFs running, so that's very interesting...
well, also while those percentages are high, what is the time. 45% at like 1 second is not long or anything to worry about

I am getting incredibly long server times all day, but its a testdrive acct, not a sandbox
b
Shoot, I didn't capture the time part since I didn't realize that's what it was telling me. I do have the APM bundle installed, though I haven't used it other than right after learning about it at SuiteWorld. We're getting ready to do a refresh in the next week or two so I won't dig too much, but now I at least know a few things to check if it keeps happening. Thank you!

no problem, best of luck!

There is a known defect, my sandbox server time is through the roof the last two weeks! It might be worth logging a case with NS so they add you to the defect
