10/05/2020, 6:46 PMHow do you give a custom role with a custom center access to see saved searches and saved reports? I've double checked the permissions NS documentation says you need so I assume it's an issue with the custom center. But, to add to the difficulty, this custom center is in Portuguese and I speak only English, so I'm having to google translate as I go. I've confirmed that the role has access to the reports/searches if I navigate to them via the global search bar, but I want to be able to see them in a drop down list under the "Reports" tab.

10/06/2020, 4:50 AM@Becca A First off, use a language you're familiar with: Home > Set Preferences > General tab > Language (in the Localization section). Make sure Allow Override is checked for the Language field setting in your Setup > Company > General Preferences if you can't change it in your home preferences.

10/06/2020, 4:57 AMSecondly, permissions for saved searches are the worst (and no it doesn't have anything to do with the custom center). Check out "Permissions for Searches" SuiteAnswer Id: 8431. tl;dr first make sure that they have access on the saved search itself. And THEN there are four separate permissions controlling general search permissions (perform search, publish search, export lists, and find transaction), so you have to play around until you get the right combination of those (some of their descriptions of what each level does are not 100% correct and you may need a higher level than described)
