Nextiva isnt super integrated, you have a third party thing GoIntegratorDB that you have to install and acquire licenses for, it can query records, I was looking into TenFold - it looked a lot better but never got around to going further than that.

Hi Kevin, You are correct, that's what we notice with Nextiva and on top of that they don't have SAML available, which is a corporate requirement since we use OKTA. In regards to their phone service, they are very reliable. We use https://downdetector.com/ to check them all the time. We might look into 8x8 as well.
