Hi everyone, Quick question: I've updated our company information(site url, logo through Setup->company->company information. and yet it still prints all the old info on pdfs for transactions. on the customize pdf template i can't seem to change anything there. does anyone have any suggestions?

Are you sure that you are looking at the right PDF template?
I.e. - are you using Advanced PDF/Regular?

regular pdfs. i don't believe that we ever set up advanced
but there is really no place too adjust the content in a regular pdf template. It's a predefined field so i have no way of editing. but i would have assumed editing the company infomation would have updated that source

Are you a oneworld account?
I.e. with multiple sub sidiaries?
That info can also be set at the subsidiary level
Also - it's possible to hard code values - and point to different forms - so you could be having an issue with that.
Finally - if you are sure none of those things are going on - I'd try clearing cache and relogging in to see if that fixes it.
I'd also check on the transaction form to make sure none of those subtabs/form addresses have been modified.

kevin, we don't have any subsidiaries. i tried that with no luck.(i don't even see the option for it) so double check the tranaction form itself instead of the pdf template?

clearing the cache was a no go as well
figured it out. we have overrides on the transaction form page
