Anyone have any insight into how the new file cabinet storage limits are applied? There's a help guide that appears to show that all customers (at a minimum) have been upgraded to 100GB (from 10GB) based on the new service tiers. However, many NetSuite customers we've talked to are told by their reps that they will remain at 10GB. How are customers upgraded to the new service tiers?

I think this will happen at renewal, but I could be mistaken.
