Hello. I've got an SO that's not letting me re-open some closed lines. Are there any constraints you know of that would dis-allow re-opening closed lines on an order? Am I missing something really obvious here?

Can you be more specific about what "not letting" means? I'm guessing you already ruled out any scripts deployed to SO?

Ya, I'm just unchecking the "closed" cb on an SO line and saving the change.

The SO has an IF and IN for the non-closed lines. I need to create a fulfillment for the unfulfilled lines. No errors from UI, script logs, or CSV import wizard...

Are you trying to uncheck in UI or via CSV import? Have you checked line system notes to rule out an external script reclosing the lines. Temporarily undeployed workflows/scripts on the record? Clear browser cache (or try logging in incongnito mode)
