I hope this is a simple question - but is there a way to get results similar to the System Information tab on promotions? I can't seem to find ANY audit level infomation (user that created, any changes, etc).

Sometimes system notes aren't visible except via a "System Note" saved search. Try that and if that doesn't work, then it would be a gap in NetSuite. I've used this for bin transfers and accounting lists... and I'm sure there are other records you have to do this for as well.
