Something is off with the process for sure. We're on Eastern time and we received an email saying 2AM Pacific, with a four hour window, which would be 5-9 AM ET. I asked NS Support to change the upgrade time and they said, no, actually it will only take 45 min. to an hour. We were like, ya, we don't believe anything has changed for you to claim that. They said we should have emailed them the first time we were notified, but we were only notified on 9/15.
It didn't cut into business hours tho.
