I would like to create a Custom Entity Field of Type Hyperlink. For a Default Value I would like it to be a dynamic value. For Example,

<https://url.com/{internalid}/stuff/and/things>

For some reason I cannot get it to work. I've tried CONCAT, any other suggestions?
