@scottvonduhn its standard customer record

I would strongly urge contacting NetSuite support about it, and letting them know. The credit card numbers should not, as far as I know, be fully exposed anywhere. When I perform a Customer search, even as Administrator, and include the field Credit Card Number, I only see the last four digits (the rest is masked by *’s)
Are you returning the field named “Credit Card Number” in your saved search result columns?
k
who is your CC services provider?
d
There's an account level flag which Netsuite can set to allow viewing of card numbers. Could someone have requested this for offline processing in the past?
k
That flag should only last for 30 days I thought?
d
@Dominic B I think that is the case then that's why i am able to see the credit card number in saved search
k
That flag is for exporting values from NS to take into another ERP generally
which is why it gets exposed to searches
That said - you still haven't answered my question of "who is your CC services provider"
Is it merchant E Solutions? Is it cybersource? Is it someone else?
d
Actually I don't know
might be my senior know
k
There's a page you can go to and it should tell you
setup-> accounting -> payment processing profiles
It's likely to be one of the following: Adyen AltaPay Cybersource SuiteApp Cybersource (Legacy) eWAY FreedomPay MerchantE Payment Express PayU SecurePay Solupay WorldPay eCommerce

Why would you have CC info in NS if you weren't utilizing a CC processor? I'm guessing you have a custom record or something else that's not approved in place for that.
What is the internal ID of the field that the CC info is in?
