Does anyone know how to prevent Netsuite “automatically” from changing the Bill To or Ship To address no a sales order transaction record?

Do you mean you edited the Bill To or Ship To address in the customer record and you expect NS not to update the same address on existing SOs? NS does not automatically update that unless you Edit then Save the SO as far as I know. Not sure how to stop that without scripting.

Nope…so when I run a MR script to create the sales order it grabs the bill to address and uses that but the last entry in System Information shows that the bill to address was changed by NS to include the primary contact in the bill to address on the SO. In other words, there was no code to make that change or trigger that change other than NS running its own process to update that Bill To address on the SO.

Sounds like the

Add Primary Contact to Bill To Address

checkbox under

Company -> General Preferences

is checked
