I created Vendor A that is associated with Sub A and is marked as a Project Resource. (Vendors that are project resources cannot be associated to multiple subsidiaries.) Then, I created a billable Time Tracking for Vendor A for a Project that is associated with Sub B. Sub A will pay the vendor on behalf of Sub B. So, there's an intercompany time here. When I view the Post Time page, I cannot see the Time Tracking record. Is it because it is a Vendor and is not an Employee? If I go to Create Intercompany Adjustments, I still can't see the Time Tracking (as expected since this should be payroll JEs, I think).
