Hello, everyone @here! SuiteCloud SDK Development Tools 23.1 is here! We've included exciting new features and enhancements in our SuiteCloud development tools! To learn more about everything that's included in this latest release, check out our official Release Notes (available from March 20 on). The latest version of SuiteCloud Extension for Visual Studio Code vscode now shows the active authentication ID for your project right in the status bar! This new feature makes it easy to switch between saved auth IDs or to set a new one as default. We're thrilled to announce that the latest version of SuiteCloud CLI for Node.js nodejs and SuiteCloud Extension for Visual Studio Code vscode now allows you to mock all SuiteScript 2.x modules in your unit tests! For more information, see SuiteCloud Unit Testing. The latest version of SuiteCloud IDE Plug-In for WebStorm webstorm is fully compatible with WebStorm 2022.3. The latest version of SuiteCloud CLI for Node.js nodejs now supports Node.js 18 (m_ake sure to install Node.js 18 before using the new version of the CLI)._ We've also included bug fixes for all of our SuiteCloud development tools (SuiteCloud IDE Plug-In for WebStorm webstorm, SuiteCloud Extension for Visual Studio Code vscode, SuiteCloud CLI for Node.js nodejs*,* and SuiteCloud CLI for Java ). ⚠️ SuiteCloud IDE Plug-in for Eclipse eclipse As of NetSuite 2022.2, there will be no new releases for the SuiteCloud IDE Plug-in for Eclipse. The SuiteCloud IDE Plug-in for Eclipse remains available, but no further features will be added, and issues will not be fixed. For our latest development tools, consider transitioning to the SuiteCloud Extension for Visual Studio Code, the SuiteCloud IDE Plug-In for WebStorm, or the SuiteCloud CLI for Node.js. 🚀 We hope that with this new kit of functionalities, you will be set to better code your SuiteCloud customization. Just seen in WebStorm there's an update to the plugin, not sure which version, allowed it to update and now it's broken WebStorm. Forced to uninstall it. Can someone advise which version of WS / NS plugin they are using please that's stable
t
Hi @NElliott sorry to hear that! Which version of webstorm are you using?
n
Plugin 2023.1.0 with WebStorm 2021.2.4 is not working
t
Yes this is an old version of webstorm. We recommend upgrading to 2022.3 ( latest)
n
That's funny I just asked WebStorm to update and that's the version it pulled down!
Updating now again 😄
t
Ok :)
n
Fingers crossed. Thanks for the prompt reply
t
Np! Let me know how it goes
n
If it's still broken I'll cry, it's been stable for so long for me 😄
t
If you get the latest webstorm 2022.3.3 it will work just fine with the suitecloud plugin 2023.1

The release notes will be available from March 20. In the meantime is there something I can help you with?

I've checked the release notes today. Is this the only news for Webstorm? No added features? Have you started to sunset Webstorm as a supported tool? “SuiteCloud IDE plug-in for WebStorm is now available for download and fully compatible with WebStorm 2022.3. For more information, see the help topic Update SuiteCloud IDE Plug-in for WebStorm.”

Hi @Watz ! Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. There has not been any new major updates for WebStorm in this release. & Not at all! We just haven’t been working on new features in this release. WebStorm will continue be fully supported :)
