Updated a custom field label in customer record from xyz to abc with internal id as custentity_xyz Now in saved searches, if I am trying to fetch abc column, no data is getting displayed, upon further checking it's taking internal id for that specific column as custentity_abc (no field exist with this field in customer record). I have to use formulas and fetch with {custentity_xyz} only then it displays the result. Can anyone explain why netsuite saved search is taking incorrect internal id for the field.

Can I suggest, you show the field and saved search configuration you are using to save people trying to visualise what you're describing and help them truobleshoot for you?

Update: renaming the field to something else then renaming it back to what I wanted fixed the issue. Not sure the under lying cause of why it happened.. Saved search is picking the correct internal id now for the field.
