Anyone know if you enable a feature in Sandbox if there will be billing impacts to the account? We have SOAP Web Services turned on, but want to try out a feature with REST Web Services in our Sandbox.

REST web services would not be an additional cost. i'm pretty sure NS won't give you the option to "enable feature" on anything that isn't either already paid for or included at no cost.
