Hi all - getting an Unexpected Error when trying to Transfer Ownership of an Inbound Shipment record - anyone seen this before? First time trying to Transfer Ownership in this account. I'm guessing I'm missing some setup task but it isn't clear.

Hi I have been running into the same and have opened a ticket with NetSuite. The issue for us is intermittent (some inbound shipments it processes fine, other we continually get an unexpected error). No resolution for you, but wanted to say I am encountering the same issue 🙂

Hey @Alex K appreciate the confirmation! Good to know that it's at least possible I'm not crazy 🙂 - I expect I'll be opening a support case soon myself.
