I'm trying to set a custom transaction free-form text field using a formula, which is concatenating 2 fields. I'm using pipes to concatenate them, and works, but when I try to set a field in between them (a comma) it only displays the comma. My formula is

{entity.email} || ',' || {entity.custentity_addl_emails}.

Any ideas?
