I added New Body field but i cannot see at Saved Search, i need to do another step for adding list in saved search??

Did you set the field to stored? Also might wanna just wait a little bit, sometimes its a little delayed.

Is that an Item Saved Search? You need to Join to Transactions first

In your Item Saved Search scroll to the bottom of the fields list and look for 'Transaction Fields...'. Since your custom field is a Transaction Body Field it'll show up in that area (since it's based on an Item search)
