Hello again everyone, I'd like to ask if it's possible to create a workflow around a Bill? The long and short of it is that we want to be able to apply an Original Receipt Number to the Bill Payment, and have it also automatically reflect on the Bill. Creating the custom field wasn't hard, but when I tried creating the workflow, "Bill" didn't seem to be in the available Record Types to work with.
Does anyone know any workaround to this, or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks!
