I am trying to process a payment in sandbox through customer center, but the credit cards i am using are not working. They keep returning error so I cannot see email/print after submitting payment. Any advice?

You might have to re-enter the authentication credentials for the payment processing profile you're trying to use. In sandbox I believe you have to do that after every sandbox refresh. Probably the first thing I'd check.
