In a custom sublist how can I make the create from date and modified date be ready only or inline? I am able to do this on the form for the custom record but not for the sublist that is displayed in my transaction.

You'll have to script that - setting the field to "inline text" or "disabled" removes the field from the custom sublist in view mode
