Solupay/VersaPay in SCA. We use Solupay for payments in the UI successfully. We are implementing SCA and want to enabled Solupay for SCA. We have a ticket with SoluPay Support but it is 6 weeks old and they have not helped. They keep saying they are waiting for 'resources' to be allocated. Not sure how difficult this is to be honest. I'd have thought selecting the SCA site on the Payment Processing Profile form would be enough?

If you already have Versapay/Solupay configured to use in the NetSuite UI then enabling it on the website it should be fairly easy, 1. Make sure that PROCESS AN ONLINE PAYMENT WITH SALES ORDER CREATION is enabled in you website record. 2. Edit the payment methods that are associated to Solupay Payments processing profile and that you want to accept on the website and check “display in website”. 3. If you are using an external checkout as for example affirm you will also need to select external checkout. 4. Make sure you enter the Payments visuals related to the payment method you are configuring.
