Good morning Fam! We are interviewing WMS’ and looking at PaceJet and ShipHawk now. Anyone with experience with either of them, could you let me know your pros and cons? Is ShipHawk worth the price difference and why is it worth it in your opinion?
b
Hey, we went through the same thing a while back. Pacejet was so much cheaper that we just went with that, but in retrospect I think Shiphawk is the more polished product and is likely worth the extra price. Pacejet had a lot of bugs/small issues for us and its UI was a bit outdated/cumbersome. Shiphawk had a lot of extra features that we decided we could live without at the time, but had buyer's remorse with Pacejet about halfway through the implementation.

Ditto with the above. Been using SH at multiple companies. It has gotten pretty expensive over the last few years, however. That being said, Pacejet was a no-way scenario for us. NS putting alot of effort into WMS as of late. That is becoming a much more polished product with every update. Really depends on your use-case, however.

We use ShipHawk and it has its pros and cons. I really do not want to get into details here. If you want to direct message me, I would be happy to share more.

@mightyd3 what made Pacejet a no-way scenario for your team? Thank you heaps for the insight
@Todd Juenemann Understandable! sent a message your way

RF-Smart has a new shipping application that competes with ShipHawk you could look into.

We also just went through scoping with SH and RF Smart. We ended up with RF Smart, but with a good amount of customizations. Need to really make sure to identify all requirements up front to get the best product with RF Smart as they do have different levels of WMS.
