03/13/2023, 4:40 PMI don't believe so; I think it is related to a connection issue with whatever Address Validation API NS uses. Maybe due to a recent update?

03/15/2023, 6:39 PMIf you use Avalara, then addresses get authenticated through their system. There is an authentication reset process we had to go through to re-establish an authenticated connection.
