i have a quick question.. if you have a case rule to auto assign a case to a group by case type.. but an import has the assigned to field set in the CSV import field. That default case rule doesn't override it correct ?

I wouldn't expect it to, but this should be pretty easy to validate by assigning something to someone it wouldn't otherwise go to.
