Hello, some questions on the Suite App “Bank Feeds”. We had Bank Feeds working successfully, but then failed. Now we can successfully log into the “Connectivity Configuration” (i.e. connect to the bank and pull in the accounts). When we try to proceed to the “Account linking” we get an error message: There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. The login credentials for “Bank” is incorrect. To resolve, go to the Connectivity Configuration subtab and enter the correct credentials. Additional MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) information is required by “Bank” to proceed. To resolve, go to the Connectivity Configuration subtab and provide the required information. It’s possible there was a password change related to the issue. We have tried multiple times logging in again (we are successful on the “Connectivity Configuration” but always get the error message on the “Account linking” tab. Has any one else seen this? Any recommendations? Thanks!
