Hi everyone , I want to refresh the sandbox but before that i want to make sure that bundled installation are not effected . This bundle is installed in production as well as sandbox , will this bundle be effected in anyway if i refresh my sandbox account ?

Sandbox refresh will overwrite anything with Production data. As you said bundle is already installed in production, it will also be copied to sandbox after the refresh
