Anyone had ever worked with this ruby gem: https://github.com/NetSweet/netsuite ? I wonder if it’s a stable gem and if it allows accessing everything in NetSuite’s API.

Is there a programmatic way to get

InventoryCount

transaction records? I've noticed that

InventoryCount

is not in SuiteTalk, nor is it available in SuiteQL when I query try to

SELECT

from

transactions

by the internal ID of an

InventoryCount

record. I wonder if others have found a way to do this.

Has anyone used the FedEx API to get shipment invoice information? I've been tasked with programmatically getting invoiced amounts per tracking number and putting the amount in a custom field on the item fulfillment. I need to know what type of request to make to FedEx. For example, do I need to use Consolidation Services to obtain a Ground or Consolidated Commercial Invoice?

Can someone confirm something odd that's happening? I have a restlet that updates a customer's address, and when the city and state are omitted it looks like NetSuite is auto-populating them. Is this normal? When I tested this with postman it didn't happen but when I source the data through an external system (processing against the same endpoint with the same payload) the address appears to be updating on its own.

I'm sure this is a long shot, but I figured if anyone would know, they would be in this channel 🙂 I have a use case where I would like to have a remote system notified when the total quantity available for an item changes (in my case, the aggregate quantity available from multiple locations) for ANY REASON, e.g. SO, PO, Return Authorization, Inventory Adjustment, etc... Is there an easy path to accomplish this that I am not seeing? Or do I need to create a lot of scripted records and apply them to all the possible record types which could modify inventory?

Hello all, I have built a c# WEB API wrapper around the Netsuite soap web service. It's been running for ages (it uses endpoint 2017_2_0). This morning, I started receiving this error message: Exception thrown: 'System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException' in System.Web.Services.dll 2021-06-22 104936,error,GetSalesOrders,The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax. I have no idea why. Should I upgrade my WSDL version? It's not supported anyway.

Hi , i wanted a saved search result to write in to a csv file and move to client server. I tried creating schedule script and sftp connection to fetch file from NS filecabinet and post the file in the client server . But the ip of netsuite is keep on changing , so that the client cannot whitelist the ips everytime . SO they need an alternate solution . Please provide a solution for this integration asap. Does anyone know if it is possible using the REST API to insert a new address on the customer record and get the link to the specific address back in the headers? The only way I have been able to figure out how to insert an address is to execute a PATH request on the customer record as a whole, and so I don't have an easy way of finding the id of the record I just created.
