Is there a way to mass update the titles on saved searches? Being asked to add the internal ID to the title of every report and search we have.

has anyone tried to get the "shortname" (like for a state: Arizona -> AZ) in a join field? I have a custom field on a project record that is from the list "state" but I want AZ to display in the search and not Arizona (which is currently the case)

Looking to add a "budget" column to cash flow statement - when I add the column it seems to be cumulative over the months (ex: inventory asset) which kind of makes sense as the budget is the expected balance per period but doesn't really make sense as it should really track the delta between months.. any ideas on what to do here? (I'm trying to show in the budget column: Month 1: 6M, Month 2: 6M + 200K (not 6M + 6.2M = 12.2M))

HI, I am having some issues in getting a transaction search to work where I need to see payment details for bills, bill credits, CCard refunds and credit cards. Essentially I need to show the date and the payment reference #, along with the check #. I've tried using the Applied To... join but I just pull blanks. Any hints?

Have you tried both of the directional joins, applied To and applying transaction?

I am trying to do a saved search for a particular account but for some reason i don't see the Journal Entries, I see all other transactions but Journal entries and when I select only the journal entries I see POs.

Basic Reports question. We have several 'Open Orders' reports people have created over time and there is frustration because they can't get the actual ship date. The actual ship date is updated automatically on the SO when the fulfillment is marked as shipped - but I don't think I can get to this field on an Open Sales Orders Report - even though an SO that is 'Pending Billing' is considered 'open' and has one. I know that saved search is the answer and I've already done that, but I want to verify that this is actually correct?
