I'm thinking yes, it's possible. Your available filter would be set to internal ID. and then the "field" join for your sublist would be set to the parent field

I believe there's an internal ID on system notes you could group and count against. Or at the very least wrap into a CASE

Either way my gut feeling on this is that CASE statement would be the way forward

1. What determines if the matrix column dropdown appears on a summary report (viewing the report by segment/date/period)? I can't get it to show up when creating a new Time Tracking summary report but it appears on existing summary reports of the same type. 2. There are also fields on the existing reports that no longer seem to be available. I can't find them to select on either new or existing reports to add anew (ie if I were to delete that column on the existing report, I can't reselect it). Is that even possible or am I missing something?

, where the two field values are identical, yet a formula like

CASE WHEN {memo} = {createdfrom.memo} THEN 0 ELSE 1 END

shows them as being different values?

LENGTH({createdfrom.memo})

are different values

some sort of weird character encoding?
