Hi All: I have a client using Celigo to integrate with their NetSuite setup. I have the import set to use a value linked to the NetSuite Item (InternalID). However I'm receiving the following error: Message

INVALID_KEY_OR_REF | Invalid item reference key 64288

This Item is valid, though, and this URL does return a valid Item Record:

https://[REALM].<http://app.netsuite.com/app/common/item/item.nl?id=64288&whence=|app.netsuite.com/app/common/item/item.nl?id=64288&whence=>

This has been an ongoing issue, and I do have a call wtih Celigo support today at 130pm ET, but if anyone has any experience or fixes I'm thankful for the information.

Hi All, I am authorization cybersource payment outside the NetSuite and want to capture in NetSuite when we create cash sale via CSV import. I am setting authorized id in pnref field on cash sale but authorization is not getting captured on cash sale. I am able to capture it manually. Any idea, how can we capture payment on CSV import? We are planning to implement a wide-spread data integration, where several internal applications will be sending some data to NetSuite, but through an intermediate AWS S3 data bucket. We are looking at both Celigo and Boomi as integration platforms. Are there any other good alternatives to consider?

Hey all, we’re trying to pull list of items from NetSuite and we’re using SuiteQL. It looks like getting all the custom fields and custom segment values requires quite a few many joins. Just wondering if we’re approaching it the wrong way. Would just doing a REST integration be better? In that case, would we be able to get the custom item fields directly?

We are setting the Payment Option on the Sales Order and we are getting the following error: Invalid paymentoption reference key 29 for entity 12017013 The Payment Option is there with the same Subsidiary as the Entity and Item. The entity on the SOAP payload is set first as well. We changed the WSDL to 2021 too. TIA

Hello, I am calling an outbound integration from NetSuite to a 3rd party system via https.post. I trigger the integration from a User Event script, afterSubmit. But it seems that the integration is running synchronous, meaning that the record saving is waiting for the integration call to return, and do its updates, before the record is again shown to the user. I want to trigger the integration logic (build the payload, call the other system, process the response, etc) async. What would be the right approach to make this call asynchronously? Should I call a Suitelet from the User Event script?

I wanted to send "*files*" from NS file Cabinet via post method body of an external api . How can I pass file or file obj to an json payload ? . Could anyone help me or provide required links to my case . Thanks in advance
