Can you manually resend order received/order fulfilled emails?

Not unless you setup your own button/suitelet to do it for you. Don't think the standard NetSuite templates can be used again.

I'm being pretty idiotic. We have two NS Sandbox environments, but there's no easy way to tell them apart. I was just going to change the company logo at the top of the screen to be SB1 or SB2 in our sandbox environments, but there doesn't appear to be a way to actually change that

Is there anywhere other than setup -> company -> company information to change the logo?

I changed it in both places there to no avail

@Chase personalize the colors for each sandbox environment instead of changing the logo.

Couldnt you update the company name after the refresh?

also, just having SB out to the side of the role selector is... frustrating

not everyone has access to the company info tab to find the _SB1 or _SB2 portion of the account number

@Chase click on the home icon and then select Set Preferences. Once there, got to the Appearances tab and select a color theme from the dropdown.

I've had a few sandboxes...changing the name has an immediate impact...if people dont notice shame on them

@Chase @C_Billings changing the company name is the best solution. There is a prefix option somewhere as well.

I got an email from NetSuite Alerts:

. What help center are they referring to? I've been doing this for almost a year and this is a new one. There is no such center under Centers and Tabs, and I don't think it's referring to SuiteAnswers.

Hey guys, quick question. How can I give a user access to view Journal Entry transactions? They need to be able to see them appear as results of a saved search. I tried "Accounts" and a few others, with no luck, and wasn't able to get any real insight from "Show Role Differences". Thanks!

Make Journal Entry = VIEW, I think this does it @bjensen

Problem is I don't see Journal Entry as an option on the list of transactions, that was my first thought as well.

Its Literally MAKE JOURNAL ENTRY...not make JOURNAL ENTRY
