Something to add about trimming multiple lines - Another scenario is if you extract values from another table say the search type is Transaction Search filter is Type = Sales Order and then you are pulling up let's say the total RMA amount associated to the SO, if you are using the Applying transactions link and the SO may have more than 1 applying transaction like, Invoice , Item Fulfillment, and RMA - use the Applying Link type as criteria filter. 🙂

When Main Line is = F, it actually displays the data based on the GL lines of the transaction, one way to trim it down is by defining a filter for the account type.

@kimberly What about the Electronic Payments bundle in NS? - The version that allows you to customize payment file formats using Freemarker syntax? Otherwise it would most likely be done through a script. In a previous implementation we did, the client needs to generate a remittance file in txt format - submit it to the Bellin portal for payment processing. What we did was create a search that generates the data parameters specified by Bellin then based from the search results, a txt file is created according to the format specified then the data is then transmitted from NS File Cabinet to Bellin through FTP.
