Hello! When trying to bill a sales order that is partially fulfilled by hitting the button "bill" or transforming the record with SuiteScript, the tax that was calculated on the Ecom website that was put on the sales order doesn't carry over to the invoice. Although it does on a sales order that gets completely fulfilled. The tax rates on the invoice for a partially fulfilled order get set to 0 even though the proper tax code is still set at the line level. We've been adding a line item to account for the tax charged, but would not to have to do that. Can anyone explain why this happens? Thanks

Hi, Question. Set up a Inventory Item in Netsuite but not serialized in error. Please tell me there is a way to switch this to a Serialized Inventory Item and I don't have to start the creation process all over again. fingers crossed

Hi, I work at a SaaS company and just started as their NetSuite Admin a few weeks ago. The previous Admin setup a Purchase Order Approval Workflow that enables users to request purchases involving, but not limited to, software licenses, contract work, computer equipment, office supplies, etc. They use non-inventory items pointing to expense accounts on the item record to record what they would like to buy. I am trying to figure out what is best practice for these sorts of expenses. In my past two NetSuite jobs we were a retail company that only used Purchase Orders for inventory we were selling.

I have a problem which i quite annoying.

When WOs are started from other WOs ( applied/applying transactions ), the link to the preview image that is on the overlying WO is included, if the item does not have an associated image.

If it happens that an item has no image attached, in any case an incorrect image must not be displayed on the WO - this is very misleading.

Is there any way to fix this from happening, and why is it happening?? Does anyone have anysuggestions?

What does custom schedule mean in the schedule inventory costing preference (Inventory Costing Preferences page)? If I define the earliest custom schedule start time at 9am and the latest custom schedule start time at 11pm, what does that mean? It will run the costing engine starting at 9am? But what about 11pm (it also says start time but latest)?

On a transfer order, if I try and change the line level expected receipt date, it saves, but it reverts back to the previous value. Even the line level history has the last value as what I entered. Is the expected receipt date on an open TO able to be modified?

Anyone using Auto Bank Statement Import (ABSI) and have any issues lately? We got our database updated to oracle recently and we can no longer connect to our bank.
