Hey all, I am Working on Item receipt on edit mode , I am trying to get Landed cost method by using Suitescript 2.1 and Api i am using in client script is var obj_LandedCostSubrecord = o_CurrentRec.getCurrentSublistSubrecord({ sublistId: 'item', fieldId: 'landedcost', }); so it throws me error "code: 'INVALID_RCRD_INITIALIZE', details: 'You have entered an invalid default value for this record initialize operation.' " I Want to get the record but i am not able to do this i check the Field on sublist having subrecord it returns true i check that using var hasSubrecord = o_CurrentRec.hasCurrentSublistSubrecord({ sublistId: 'item', fieldId: 'landedcost', }); It returns true but while getting subrecord it throws me error instead of landed cost record

Is the item to be deleted a subassembly of any of the items in the sales order?

I have a custom Billing Status field in the Time Entry. It's value is being sourced from {billed} which is not exposed in the Time Entry. So, I used that custom field to expose it. It works if I uncheck the Store Value. However, I need it to be stored so that I can use it on SuiteAnalytics Workbooks. Is there a way to keep the store value checked? Note: I think there is a workaround which is to create 2 custom fields, one is stored (populated by a WF and copied from the non-stored) and another is non-stored. But I think this has to be scheduled and if so it wouldn't work for us.

Anyone have any advice? Trying to utilize a CSV to create customer payments for a non-primary subsidiary. I.e. Customer has a primary subsidiary of A but also have B and C assigned to them. The CSV is to create a payment for an invoice assigned to subsidiary B, but we keep running into errors for any account where the primary subsidiary does not match the tx we are trying to create

Is it possible to filter Vendor Bills by item type? Accounting wants a saved search for Vendor Bills with no Inventory Items on them. Item Fields... Type is not Inventory (This doesn't work)

We send an IF to the warehouse, and say there is no inventory for the entire IF, they are canceling the order on their system. We need a way to undo the IF in netsuite without deleting it. Hi Guys is there a way to link the item fulfillment to invoice? I followed suite answers and its only working if we have one item fulfillment .if we have multiple item fulfillment i cannot source the item fulfillment to invoice. Any help would be much appreciated.

We utilize Netsuite projects, however we sometimes run into the issue where we need to invoice a customer that is different than the one listed on the project (for example, we are replacing the roof on a townhome and we would invoice the two homeowners half of the project total) — I can’t seem to figure out any way to do that, since Netsuite won’t let you select a customer different than the one listed on the project. We’ve been adding a new billing address on the single customer record, but that screws up our AR because technically it should be two customers. Has anyone figured out a workaround or a proposed solution to this?

I have a Saved Search with Vendor Bill, with all the columns I need (Main Line: true) I have a Second Saved with only Payments applied to Vendor Bill (only two columns and Main Line: false) I want to add the second column of this SS (payment) to he first Saved Search.

Howdy y'all, got some weird stuff happening! FOUR of my client's instances are having this same bizarre issue - on Transfer Orders the exact same Location is showing up on the From Location and the To Location. The back-end XML looks like the correct value is being stored on these different fields, so it appears to be a purely cosmetic problem. A strange one regardless though. Anyone else encounter this issue before?

When searching Item Fulfillments and Item Receipt lines. Has anybody noticed that lines are duplicated and item description seems to be coming from GL lines and not sublist items. Has anybody been able to resolve which line is from the item line and how to filter accordingly?
