I also setup a filter condition and somehow I want this Filter to "not" work for a specific sales order custom form. I tried pulling up custom form as a filter condition but that is not available. Is there any other way to achieve this?

Hello, I have a SO with line items with modified descriptions. and I am transforming it into an invoice through a Suitelet Script with this code:

However, the modified descriptions do not get copied; the line items show their original descriptions. I assume that it has to do with some setup, since the Suitelet Script does not include anything else affecting the line items. Where in the setup, if anywhere, are the preferences for this? 🤔

Hi all, we want to access a Saved Search results from a Custom Record's field. I added the field Type as "List/Record" and the List/Record as "Saved Search". But it gives the list of all the Saved Searches. I need to access the results of a saved search from the custom record type field. Is there a way? Any pointers please. Thanks

We migrated over from Netsuite last year. We use advanced projects. As part of our migration, our implementation team told us that bringing in transaction detail (or totals) on our historical projects was not possible, so all of our old projects show $0 revenue/expense/etc. As I’m more familiar with the system now now, I was thinking of ways to bring in some of the legacy detail. What I was thinking was to import a giant journal entry that has for example a credit to a new account called ‘Legacy revenue’ for all of our historical projects and then an offsetting debit to that same account, then associating the project with just the credit side of the entry. Thus the project would have a revenue amount but there is a net zero GL impact. Do you see anything wrong with that plan? I’m aware of the transaction line limits etc but it would be easy enough to stay under those for our use case.

Hello, I need an advice on a topic that is not so widespread in documentation. I have a custom sublist with all items of a transaction. What I need to do is to filter the results of a second sublist using the selected item from the first sublist. I don't think it is possible to have two sublists one under the other with ajax updates among them so my current direction is to have a link on the first sublist that open a popup with a suitelet filtered using the data provided in the link. Quick Question - I know there has to be an easy way to use this but I cannot seem to get the formula just right. On a saved search I want it to calculate the time between the day it was created and the date it was received (inbound shipments). I have the date created and the actual delivery date. But cannot seem to get a formula to work to tell me the days between the two.
