Last I checked, SCA is some fairly old technology, though it has improved over the last couple years (so I hear, I don't work with it myself)

SCA sucks and it has really bad performance. The old versions had a lot of core manipulation to make the site behave how you wanted and the newer versions have moved to adding extensions instead, which is an improvement. The feel of the sites are still bad though. The querying and loading of lists like products is very slow. It is nice how it integrates directly to the backend data, but it should be able to retrieve and handle data much better than it does.

Hello! Have anybody ever faced the problem to print a Commercial Invoice? That document (https://www.ups.com/it/en/help-center/packaging-and-supplies/export/comm-invoice.page) is somehow related to the Item Fulfillment, it is used for customs clearance and usually contains information both from the Item Fulfillment (esp. Shipping Details as weight, carrier, no of packages) and the economics from the Sales Order (item prices and totals are used for the calculation of duties). I tried to build a template starting from the Packing Slip template but I failed because the salesorder object in the Packing Slip actually does not contain all the salesorder data. For example, what triggers it to run, how to tell if it is complete, what all is updated during run, how it affects open vs closed periods, etc? We have a lot of confusion specifically on how project costing works in Netsuite for inventory vs special order vs drop ship As an example — when a sales order is fulfilled, it looks to use the average COGS. If the rate on the item receipt is later updated, does it go back and adjust each of the entries on item fulfillment?

Hi Team netsuite! We attempting to integrate/sync netsuite Po's into our solution. One of the PO's is not syncing and we are receiving this error in the logs. "ERROR|INVALID_KEY_OR_REF|Invalid account reference key 131 for subsidiary 5." The only thing we came up with was the fact that the default expense account assigned to the vendor has a internal ID of 131. The default expense account's subsidiary is different than the Vendor's subsidiary and PO subsidiary. The PO subsidiary and Vendor Subsidiary match. Has anyone seen this before or have any information on this? I assume the account subsidiary should match the vendor and the PO. Thank you in advance!

I've seen Kyriba and talked a bit with one of its customers. But are there any other players out there that talk to the majority of global banks? I'd like for Netsuite to output/input in one/two formats and the 3rd party handles connection and conversions to the format the corresponding bank needs it in. I.e. outsource the whole part of maintaining a connection with the bank and keeping track of which bank needs which fileformat+variations.

Hi Everyone, Another sync question, I am trying to understand the difference between the subsidiary identified in the classification section as the "subsidiary" and the three subsidiaries listed under the "subsidiaries" tab on the vendor. Is the Subsidiary in the classification tab the primary subsidiary, and the subs in the subsidiary tab on the vendor the possible subsidiaries this vendor can be linked too? We currently have more then 80 custom roles in our system. Out of which around 45 are accounting center type. I have to consolidate/combine those roles. Basically what happened is for each user, we created a new role with different set up permissions and ended up with so many roles. Now this is creating major issues and confusions. Can someone share me some tips, on how to approach this problem. Like how in major firms with many users, the role structure is defined.

We build an app that connect to Netsuite, get data, and we update data. The app has been working for a little more than a year. The app is using Cordova 10.0. Then last week, Cordova updated to 11.0, security issue and the app is not working anymore (CORS) I've been searching the solution since then. The vendor is saying "Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is set on the response from your server". I've contacted Netsuite but they don't know. Any one of you knows something about it ?
