Hey all. I’m trying pull the possible values of a custom field that is being used to drive a dropdown in a NS form. Via. a REST call to services/rest/record/v1/customlist<id>,I can get a list of items, and each of those items (services/rest/record/v1/customlist<id>/1) contains the actual value of the list item I would like to pull this data via SuiteQL if possible. I can pull the field data for my customlist with:

SELECT  *
FROM    CustomField
WHERE   fieldtype = 'BODY'
AND     name = '<Name of custom list>'

but I don’t know which table would actually hold the available values of this custom list. I can do the 5 or 6 API calls if I have to, but obviously I’d prefer a more efficient one API call (SuiteQL query).

In the Employee Center Role there are 2 permissions for Request for Quote. A Request for Quote and a Vendor Request for Quote. Does anyone know the difference between the two?

I’m working with an email template. Where I email the sales guys, that the order is being built. Somewhat like an order confirmation email, but instead of going to the customer, it’s going to a specific sales person assigned to the account. The email is for internal purposes only. The problem I’m having is in trying to figure out how to automatically set the recipients. Right now we are manually creating each email, set the template with variable fields however, we have to look up the sales persons email address, enter it on to the recipient. Is there a way to set the recipient automagically? I have the assigned sales person to the account available on the record.

Hello! Trying to track down a bug that came up today. In customer records there is the shipping method (ship item field) which appears to overwrite the inventory item shipping method. I do not have a clear view as to HOW the customer record determines what the default shipping method is (it's not included in the system information/not audited in the customer record). Is shipping method in the customer record just determined based on that customers first order? (so if customer order's freight in the first order, then all future orders default to freight?)
