SUITESCRIPT 2.0 INVENTORY DETAIL QUESTION: Anyone know of a way to populate the inventory detail sublist through client or user event script when loading (pageInit, beforeLoad) or saving the record (saveRecord, cannot do it in beforeSubmit) (Specifically working with Assembly Build)? I have created records and created the inventory detail record many times with suitelets, map reduce, or scheduled scripts. The functionality is apparently not supported in client script (as far as I have seen)

Hi, I was wondering if anyone using Suitepromotion has a way to prevent discount from being removed from the item when generating the credit memo? We noticed that when the item with discount line item is removed, it will remove the discount. However, when the associated discount is removed, the item will stay.

Hello! I need a way to concatenate contact email addresses based on their role to the customer record. Right now, it will pull a contact email if they have the required role, but for a different customer record. I have built a summary saved search to push the emails to the customer record, so we can utilize them for automated billing/shipping emails, but I can't find a way to limit or expand the contact emails to JUST THE ROLE for the CUSTOMER RECORD. Example: I need emails for all contacts witht he Billing Contact role. Contact 1 and 2 are attached to Customer A. Contact 1 is Billing contact role and Contact 2 is Shipping contact role. BUT Contact 2 is Billing email for Customer B. With this scenario, both Contact 1 and 2's email will show in the Billing Email Concatenated field for Customer A, since Contact B has a role of Billing contact, just not with Customer A.

I'm working with a client who uses multi-currency but does not have OneWorld (no subsidiaries). Without OneWorld it appears that we can't grab currency exchange rate history via saved search. Can someone confirm this? Any solution? We can view the exchange rate history and export, but can't build a search from it.

hey guys, has anyone seen this "another user is editing this page" error message when editing an existing record popup? its forcing users to have to back out and redo all of the updates they are doing to the transactions... it's good times. also, and no we dont have multiple users trying to edit the record.. Someone forgot to enter a UOM on an item record and on the auto-generated invoice record when you edit it and select the UOM (entered after the fact on the item record), it just blanks it out. Does anyone know if this is by design or a bug on the UI?

Hi All! I have a question on Promotions.. Can we able to add default promotion on cash sale or Invoice transactions for specific date range? For example Black Friday, they'll set start and end date to promotion but want to default It to any sales transaction in order To prevent the sales rep from forgetting to add promotions.
