hi all - does anyone know of a quick way to batch update the status of inbound shipments to closed? We are going to create a workflow to set the status to closed going forward based on certain criteria but we realized everything sits as "Received" status until manually marked closed and have quite a few that need to be closed. When I run the sales order register , it shows total sales with x amount billed and then y amount as ‘pending fulfilment’ For our pending fulfilment orders, the majority will have a customer deposit applied to the sales order, but as we bill on despatch, it doesn’t show in this list. I’d like to be able to see our exposure, so if y is unbilled, how much have we already taken as a deposit, and what is the true value still to be invoiced Is there a report somewhere in netsuite I can run to get this info easily?

Hello, I have a custom record type "Change Request" with a

List/Record

field named Transaction that referencing a Transaction (ie. Sales Order). My custom record type has a child record type "Change Request Item" that has a

List/Record

field named Item that references an Item (ie. Inventory, Discount, Shipping). When creating new Change Request Items, I'd like to restrict to selecting only items that are present on the Transaction defined in the parent record. What is the best way to accomplish this?

Import failed on ItemFulfillment, internalID = [Failed before internalId was generated] due to: The item with internalId = XXX and orderLine = X is present in the original parcel to be imported but not in the document provided from the initialize call to Netsuite.

hi all, has anyone else noticed an issue where the shipping cost is invoicing incorrectly. We've had a few orders where the shipping cost is invoicing 2x (on the 1st invoice and on the 2nd invoice---days apart), even though the shipping cost on the item fulfillment is $0.00

Hi All. We have imported a historical exchange rate for July 16, 2021 which seems to have worked. However, when we do a JE for July 16, 2021 the exchange rate defaults to 1.00 but it still calculates using the old rate. And if we attempt to change the rate directly in the JE, it just defaults back to 1.00 when we tab out. Any ideas?

Anyone with SPS Commerce integration? When should the status be set to Ready? We got this issue: The script is repeatedly setting the integration status to ready before record save. You will need to modify that script so it doesn’t set the integration status to ready other than during the specific event you intend for it to set the field value.

I am trying to login into login in to Netsuite account, but it says invalid email, upon checking the failure reason from admin account(separate employee) , it says reason as wrong email. but I am using the same email as assigned on employee record. What could be the reason for this. When it says invaild/wrong email, the login audit trail is captured, that also proves email is not wrong.

I have created a custom record to show a list of laptops issued in the company and their current holders. I also need to show the historical changes to this custom record, for example if the laptop holder changes on a particular date, the record should show me historical changes as well. Hello, Is there a way to know when the item is added on the sales order? We are not able to see the change history under System Information tab, and the history link on the item itself only show the history when the item is added, but we are trying to see when the item is added. The item might be added after sales order is created, so the created date might not be accurate either.

Is there a way to print the shipped items in a picking ticket? We have a subsidiary that has a special use case for picking tickets where they sometimes need to reprint the picking tickets after the item is shipped?
