You can get that from the audit trail

Transactions -> management -> view audit trail

Or deleted record saved search.

a client has requested that they want a user to be able to create credit memos and customer payments, but not apply them (they want to restrict application to a different role as a segregation of duties thing). it doesn't seem possible with standard permissions, but curious if anyone else has run into this request before or has any ideas? i was thinking about trying to hide the "apply" sublist (via form, WF, or script) for that role, or maybe the only way is returning an error via script if they try to apply it or something. but hoping for a non-scripted option if possible.

Anyone here have experience with Commission Schedules? We have a common case of paying out an Invoice in a Credit Memo. Is there a way to make the commission amount negative? - In the case where the Credit Memo is greater than the payments. Hello, We have a Custom Transaction (Sales) that has posting enabled; however, when we transform the line items to an Invoice via workflow, and then pay the invoice, items on the custom transaction aren't being closed. In other words, I can continue to bill the same line item to an invoice over and over. Any suggestions for how to handle this? Looking for behavior similar to a Sales Order.
